HP Designjet 700 Printers - Vertical Line Straightness

In this document:

Vertical Line Straightness (VLS) issues can be caused by several factors. The most common causes of VLS are dirty or defective cartridges, dirty or damaged encoder strips, and faulty carriage or trailing cable. The contents of this document provide instructions to quickly ascertain the cause, and the parts necessary to solve the issue.
