HP Designjet ColorPro Printers - System Error 441, Pre-mature Cartridge Low or Out

    1. Remove the four ink cartridges.
    2. Press and release each of the white pump pads. Observe whether all four pads "spring" back to their initial position. They should not bind in any way.
    3. Ensure that the height of the pump pads is uniform. Reinsert the ink cartridges and turn off the printer. Turn on the printer and try printing a diagnostic test page.
    4. If the test page is able to print, the printer has recovered. If the error messages continue, the printer will not recover and must be replaced.
