Genuine OEM New C7769-60169 Cutter Bushing for HP DesignJet 500 DesignJet 510 DesignJet 800 DesignJet T1200 Series plotter.
Bushing is installed in the end of the Cutter Assembly to move along the slider rod.  When the bushing is worn it can allow the cutter to twist while in motion. 
Cutter is implicated as the cause of system error code 31:XX
